Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have received the wrong product, a damaged item, or a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.To help us assess your request, please provide:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging where applicable
Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or we have supplied the incorrect item, we will, at our discretion:
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a refund
  • Provide a suitable alternative product
Where a return is required, we will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate solution.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to meet the guarantees provided under New Zealand consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault, damage, or an error on our part.
